ABANDONED TO JESUS | Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas all!!!
Thank you so much for reading this and supporting me along the way as we seek to advance the Kingdom of God into all the earth. I hope you all got my snail mail letter in the mail recently.
I just threw a party for those of you who live around here who have been supporting me financially and prayerfully called a “Thankfulness Party”. For those who live outside of Oklahoma, I would love to come to your area sometime and do one. Some of my supporters here wanted to make desserts and give me an opportunity to share more about what all God has done the last five years since I have come to Heart of God Ministries and explain the next 5 - 10 years of where I see myself. For those who didn’t come just let me know when would be a good time and I would love to come over and connect with you over a meal or dessert and talk about the same information that I shared.
RESCUING THE UNREACHED | Urbana
I will be traveling to Urbana, one of the largest missions conferences in the country, to represent Heart of God Ministries. The event will be held in St. Louis, MO and there I will have a chance to hang out with the director of our up and coming Heart of God Ministries St. Louis Branch. Praise God huh?!! Please pray for divine appointments and many opportunities to encourage the saints that I will meet with.
Perspectives on the World Christian Movement starts Jan 25th in Shawnee, OK. I want to encourage everyone of you who can make it to attend this first night. The event is free and I can guarantee you will be highly encouraged. This year I am going to be co-coordinating the class in Shawnee, OK. This class will ruin your life for more of Jesus, please check it out at www.okcperspectives.org. Please be praying for us as we work towards educating those within the church to know more about God’s purpose through the Scriptures and watching it unfold throughout secular and church history. The class encourages us in the church to recognize that our salvation is bigger then us being saved from our sins, and instead embrace the good works God has prepared for us to walk in, as He redeems the lost.
COMMITTED FOR LIFE | Prayer and Action
I finished my fall semester at Rose State College and I got all A’s. I will be taking 6 hours this next semester. I need 17 more total to attain an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies and History. After that It will be on to Northwestern College. After that Spring semester, if the Lord will’s I would love to lead an HGM Exposure Trip to Africa.
Prayer
1) That I would experience Jesus’ nearness and immediate, continual presence (Col 1:9-14) & that I would look more like Jesus this year then I did last year. A way to do this is to be praying for me to have a greater amount of integrity. I would like to say I am the same person when no one is around, apart from learning more about this through God’s grace my heart seems so far away from this reality.
2) Pray for divine appointments and for me to be able to encourage the saints who attend Urbana, St. Louis
3) I would be a witness in my college classes.
4) For 100% full Financial Support, through new supporters, increased giving.
Iran Crises

With all the talk of nuclear warfare that is a threat to the security of our country, I couldn’t help but think about something that has happened in history.
In the 80’s I guess, there was the American Hostages that were kept in Iran and America was in an up roar about getting these guys back home. Just to show you where our Christian Nationalism lies think about this fun story. A man was given the opportunity to share the missions minute at a large wealthy church. When standing in front of the church he asked, “How many of you all are praying for our boys held hostage in Iran?” Hands went up all over the room.”
Then He said “How many of you are praying for the Iranians who have been held captive by the bondage of Islam?” Only a few hands in this large church went up. The man in the front then said, “And I thought this was a Bible believing church.”
Convicting I know. I forget to pray for my enemies and I don’t always pray for the nations, but I wanted to share with those of you who read this blog and opportunity to pray for Iran. Visit http://www.prayforiran.org/ and join many others in praying for Iran.

The Essence of Christmas

“The very essence of Christmas is God’s love for people who are desperate for freedom from the chains and bonds of sin. Jesus came to wrestle them away from the Kingdom of Darkness to the Kingdom of Light: the Kingdom of our Lord, Jesus Christ. The prophecy of the birth of Christ had to do with a great Light dawning on people sitting in darkness.” - John Zumwalt
What Christ will you celebrate this Christmas? Do we focus our attention on the baby Jesus or the empty manger, which proclaims God of heaven became man, and put this aside for the purpose of becoming a servant, and in this appearance and for this purpose He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, death on a cross, and for this purpose God highly exalted Him. (Phil 2:5-9)
Today while we are celebrating Jesus first coming, there are 2 billion people who have yet to hear about the story of grace found in the empty manger. For this reason Paul said he fills up what is lacking in the sufferings of Christ (Col 1:24). Not because Jesus Christ sacrifice wasn’t enough, but what was enough hasn’t been applied to the lives of 1/3 of the world’s population who still haven’t a chance to hear.
Read more about “What Christ Will You Celebrate This Christmas?“, and pray for the Lord of the Harvest to send out laborers into His harvest fields, to take the greatest gift (John 15:13) ever given to those who are orphaned from God, without news of their hopeful adoption from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of the Son.(Col 1:13)
