There is a legal battle going on regarding whether Apes should have the same legal rights as humans and be eligible to a guardian. Because they are 96% genetically the same as humans they should share the same rights as us is the argument. I heard this story on the BBC World Service on NPR.

My quesiton is if it is so important to give apes who have escaped vivasection a home, why is isn’t it as important to us to seek and to save those who are lost, especially those among the Unreached. Is this not worse than vivesection of animals? Today there are cultures that are 100% human, just like Jesus is, and they still have yet to know who He is. 2 billion people are left without a witness to hear the gospel. Please consider going to this website and picking one of these people groups and pray for them consistently and if not that pray for them at least once to have laborers go and tell them.
